I hope you guys are making progress !! There are a lot of variables concerning recovery. Obviously the more you stay on track the faster you heal. If you work full time, staying on track can sometimes be challenging.
I keep a full day’s regimen of supplements in my desk drawer, as well as, Sovereign Copper and WPS. I do have a Kleen Green spray bottle at work, but I have gotten to the point where I very rarely use it. When I work out of town, I pack up the same.
When I am out of town multiple days, it takes a little more long term planning.
And then there is the food aspect of healing. This can be a challenge when you work out of town, or if you are traveling. If you can get eggs for breakfast, that is probably the easiest meal of the day. A salad for lunch is a good option. You just have to determine your options for your evening meal and make the best available choice.
It took me a while, but I did finally understand that you have to be patient. Since I have accepted that my recover is going to take a while, my anxiety and stress level have diminished. I just do the best I can and understand that
that the healing process will happen when it happens.
I am looking forward to an occasional sweet treat when I am healed !!!!
I would like to thank Mel and all of those that contribute information to the website. Especially the dining options !!!
Be grateful, Stay on track the best you can, try to embrace “patience” as part of the process, and rest as much as possible !!!
