Good to hear from you.
I am continuing to slowly improve. My progress is hindered by not getting adequate rest and not being 100% on the diet.
Unfortunately, due to my work schedule I have to do the best I can. I do continue to see progress and I feel a lot better. I haven't had to use the WPS Spray or Kleen Green Spray on my skin in months.
This is a good sign!!
Thanks for asking about the lighting / fire. Fortunately, I have good insurance, so the process is as good as it can be. I hope to start on the reconstruction next week. Sometimes life throws you a curveball every now and then. ( Fires, hurricanes, tornadoes, illness, etc. ) You just have to adapt your swing.
I am continuing to improve and I hope you are as well.
