Thank you for your well wishes and your encouraging words. It does help to have a community so close and committed to speaking encouragement into people's lives. The community is so blessed to have someone like yourself be a part of it.

I am glad you are still making progress despite not being able to stick 100% to the diet. I had also not had to use Kleen Green in a while, but in the last week my face has been unbelievably itchy. I guess it comes and goes, and maybe more biofilm is busting, or it is due to not sticking 100% to the diet either. I am constantly trying to work on my diet, but as you know working full time with a commute and a family makes it tough. I am trying to meal prep more whether it is on the weekend or getting up earlier to put a salad together and cook eggs for breakfast. Continue to do your best and we will both eventually get to where we want to be.
Timothy and Joe, I hope you guys are both doing well also.
