Thanks for the update and sharing that others need to stay with the community until they are completely well.
Personal experience being shared with others bears more weight than someone hearing it from another source. lt also
could reinforce information that was shared with them by someone else.
It sounds like you have taken a deep dive into the information available to you through the site. That is great !! And you are right,
Mel's encouragement and support is necessary too. It's easy to get off track, or misinterpret something that you've read or heard.
I rely heavily on Mel to keep me on track.
