Dear Paula, Kelly,
Thank you again for your responses. I am driving my spouse away without meaning to. He doesn't take the Thymic supplement any longer and doesn't follow the diet. and I guess he feels why should he. I wish I could convince him to get on the supplements. He does takes a beta glucan formula he has taken for years. I have been on the protocol for 18 weeks so almost 5 months and have seen a big improvement- most days 85% or better.
I am most likely bringing it on myself. I admit I am paranoid about everything I see in my environment- every tiny speck. It is getting better, but in my mind, I want it gone, just like this disease. Was I like this before? I think I can honestly say no. I now look at every paper towel after wiping down my counters. I examine debris from the floor on a regular basis. Still putting clothes in bins or ziploc bags. Still sleeping separately. Still using separate bathrooms (I use the tub in the master but toilet and sink in the half bath, and he uses the shower, sink and toilet in the master.) No one has come into my home since November. Who does this? I DO, and it's driving me crazy but more importantly driving my husband and family away. I have hobbies but just haven't done much because I am so ocd with this.
Paula, I know you said you were starting to enjoy life. I so want to do that too! Kelly, you also explained what happened with you too. I hate to ask but maybe a phone call from either/both of you would help in regards to spouse/family issues. Mel could give you my number. Please text so we can arrange a time when we could speak.
In the meantime, I will continue to do the protocol and surrender the rest to our Lord Jesus Christ and ask for His mercy, blessings, protection and healing for all of us.
