I had to butt in here, because i know how you feel and do so want you to find peace within this illness. I had small grandchildren living with me and locked them out because i was terrified they would get this. My daughter, who looks after us, left the food outside my door and i would clean my plate with kleengreen and antiseptic before i put it back outside my door. I would let no one in. The eldest grandchild then about 5 who often sat beside me in bed did get it, but seems to be healthy. Strong immune system....breastfed till four and a half and then had colostrum when the new baby was born. He too was breast fed for four and a half years. I think that helped them. I too was in a terrible state. Everything i touched was wiped with antiseptic wipes. I used thousands of them The white things were everywhere. I was totally paranoid about them. They covered the bathroom floor. They were all over my red bed cover. Now thy are minimal and i just brush them away. As you get well the fear lessens, you wipe things less frequently. They cannot cause harm to others. Transmission of the bacteria is only in fluids. They cannot survive without water. This i truly believe. My son identified the bacteria and explained to me they live in dank ponds or in blood of mites, ticks and the mites that live on fleas, birds, mice etc. He is an earth scientist. He developed morgs after cleaning out my room and handling the mice nests. I do not spray anything as cannot afford to. My bedding which i needed washing every day is now washed once a week. I no longer panic about anything! I used to panic about cleaning the bath...but was told not to worry as all the stuff i was putting in the bath ,borax, essential oils, epsom salts, salt and even bleach would kill anything in it. I bought expensive anti microbial bath cleaners and it was a relief when I became so incapacitated that i could,t use the bath anyway... Had to just wash instead for many months. So i know, as do we all, what you feel, but you are wasting energy in worrying!! Tell yourself you do not need to clean every day. Just clean as you used to. Vacuum clean once or twice a week t If you get fleas in the house you need to vacuum clean every day. As Mel says " as you get well your environment cleans itself" and it does. Get rid of mold. Your husband is his own person. If he gets ill to such an extent that he cannot cope with it then he may ask for your help. He may have a much stronger immune system than you have and can fight anything off. The body heals itself if given the right tools, these being rest, sleep, a good diet of green, orange and red vegetables, good oils or butter, eggs and organic meat, lemons, some nuts, etc etc. And of course Mel,s protocol and plenty of water. Have faith and hope and adopt a quiet mind. You will get well. My son overcame this by boosting his immune system and a glutenfree, sugarfree diet. He grows all his own veg and fruit organically and this must surely have helped. He also drank nothing but water. Somedays he was unable to drive home but he fought the fatigue. He travels long distances to meetings and such. Now he has developed Hashimotos disease but diet helps there too. I feared for his wife and daughter. All use the same bath etc but wife and daughter did not get it!!! You need only to concentrate on getting yourself well and with God,s help you will. Anxiety is not good for the immune system which is the key to fighting disease. And the immune system lies mainly in the gut. I have put my clothes awaiting washing into a plastic bag but once laundered they stay in the airing cupboard or in the chest. I sprinkle essential oil in the chest and have soap in each drawer. I so wish that you might lose all fear and believe that all will be well. My favorite saying is that of Mother Julian of Norwich who wrote "All shall be well and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well" I have said this to so many friends over my lifetime and they have always gotten well. Remember Christ said " Ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find. knock and it shall be opened unto you..." The first two have been answered... You asked and received the way to healing, you found this site and Mel, and one day the door to complete health will be opened to you. Sorry this is so long . God Bless. | |||
