Hi Karen and Laura.
Laughter is the best medicine! I have been watching as many funny movies and shows I can find on Netflix. I find myself laughing more than I used to and it's a great feeling. I try to make others laugh but sometimes people dont get my sense of humor.
Mel I loved your animal jokes especially the duck one. I love how Mel always puts the best pictures on our posts and has us click on them.
It helps to try to stay positive and find things we enjoy in our lives.
