Thanks Karen for the post on Lemonade Cleanse, Chrissy told me to make something similar but to add the cayenne pepper is great because I love spicy stuff.
I've been on site looking for different recipes I going to cook and eat. I'm use to eating a lot of soul foods and most are high in unhealthy fats and sugar.
I'm willing to make some big changes to get better. Not a big reader but I'm changing my lifestyle to live more healthier.

I used to drink lemon water all the time a few years ago and really shouldn't of stopped as it is wonderfully alkalinising.
One thing to note, is it's probably best to drink through a straw as you do due to the effects it can have on tooth enamel. I'll definitely give this a go, thank you ago.
