thanks to each of you for your very kind and thoughtful words! Yes, I also truly desire Newbies can find healing and hope through the diagram and explanation.

It can feel so overwhelming at first with a lot to digest, but by breaking it down in pieces, it is doable. One does have to gradually learn new habits and keep practicing them along with coaching from Mel. Each person CAN succeed and receive healing!
