Hi everyone

Yesterday Mel asked me if I thought I was getting better. The answer is definitely YES or I wouldn't be able to do everything that I do. Working 24-26 hrs. per week at an assisted living home. keeping my granddaughter safe and healthy, keeping up with an apartment and all the appointments we have.

On the other hand, my job is not easy and it is very tiring. Especially during this period in time. We wear gloves and masks and for now residents are sitting 6 ft. apart and will eventually be in their rooms to avoid contact as much as possible. Our temperatures are taken each time we work and there are a ton of chemicals (lysol, odoban, hand sanitizer each time they eat, etc.) being used and it is having an adverse effect on me.I am grateful right now to be working as many aren't. I have to as social security doesn't pay all the bills. This will be over and things will be normal again but not sure when.

I know that taking the protocol and having the knowledge of experts to answer questions and learn from is truly a Godsend and we are actually blessed in that respect.

I am still having issues with acid reflux and gastritis. It seems to go in cycles. OK for a couple weeks and then being sick for 3 or 4 days at a time. I have changed primary care doctors to one who believes in the whole food diet. I also have an upcoming appt. with a new gastroenterologist.

I'm doing the best that I can and taking all necessary steps to stay well. Thank you Mel, John B, Kathy, Robert Scott Bell and all for the protocol, supplements, friendships and prayers. I am praying for you all as well.

Blessings and love,
Linda
