yes I’m in England. Thanks for the info on the companies.
I will find as much of the protocol in England because the postage and possible customs duty where I think they think of a number and double it, would be more than I could afford.

I had a surge of energy today and have taped up the joins in the wardrobes with tape and have used Kleen green and a steamer. These have been taped before and have dead bugs stuck to them.
The previous owners must have known about the bugs and we never noticed the mold problem.. I’m going to clean and fill in the cracks - one room every 2 days.
