Hello Debbie,

Well I'm absolutely delighted to hear that you are going on the protocol in the new year!!!

I'm very happy that you are doing this, as it is a fantastic synergy of medicine that will truly help your body to become strong again:-).

Also, its sooo good to know that you have got all the stuff that we have suggested for you to utilise in your fight against this disease.

Oh I hope you get to rest in your bed soon though Debbie, you will need it to help you to heal.

I am glad that the anti fungal cream is helping your feet. But I would caution against putting plastic bags on your feet. This is because the plastic will not allow your skin to breathe and will encourage moisture. Fungus loves heat and moisture. You really need to air your feet. Could you wear plastic Croc shoes in the house? This way, you are protecting your flooring from this disease and the fungus , keeping the anti fungal cream on your feet and allowing your feet to breathe at the same time.

Yes I use bicarbonate of soda in my wash for my clothes a third of a mug in the drum (or half a mug) , alongside normal detergent is sufficient. Another thing I used for years is Zorflora disinfectant in the drum (two capfuls when things were bad, one when not so bad). I would turn on the wash for ten minutes, let it percolate through the clothes then stop the wash. Let it sit for an hour, then continue the wash.

Zorflora, like Dettol or Lysol contains Benzalkonium Chloride which kills mites of all kinds. It is also an antimicrobial and kills microorganisms. So especially for anyone dealing with bird mites as well as Morgellons it is very helpful indeed.

Take care,
Chrissie
