If you are not familiar with the " He Cures All Foundation - the (HCAF) " in this website, stop and take a moment to browse this thread. The posts in this thread are heart-warming and genuine and explain that the HCAF is a non-profit organization that is supported by donations that are used to give medicine to those who cannot afford it and those who are less fortunate. I, myself, benefit from this extreme example of compassion, love, and generous giving, I personally thank those who so generously give and care about others. I am truly grateful, blessed and honored by the help, care, and love shown toward me and others. As I pondered what was in my heart to write, I always think of Christ's examples in the Bible. He was so many wonderful things, it is true, but he was a real SERVANT. He proved it in His Words, Actions, and Deeds. But, he truly proved it on the Cross at Calvary by dying for others and submitting to the Father's will. Now.....that,.....is Service born from Love! So, as always, I went to my Bible to see what Christ had to say about giving, loving, and serving others, Here is what I found: Jesus said once that whatever you do to the least of our neighbors, we do to Him. So if you really want to serve Him, the best way to start is by serving the needy. Matthew 25:40 Philippians 2:4 Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others. He said, "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart." Then he said, "Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself." We can obey these commandments by serving others. That means we do kind things for them. When we serve others we can be happy. Matthew 22:37-39 Jesus said, "I am among you as He that serveth. Luke 22:27 As true followers of Jesus, we also must serve others. Service is helping others who need assistance. Christlike service grows out of genuine love for the savior and of love and concern for those whom he gives us opportunities and direction to help. Paul quoted Jesus and said, "Above all Love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins." "My commandment is this: Love each other as I have loved you. John 15:12 Hebrews 13:16 And do not forget to do good and share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased. Matthew 5:42 This verse is most often seen as a verse to be charitable and it is quite similar to Luke 6:40, but while that verse commands believers to give, this verse says to give and expect nothing in return, (Lend, Help Unselfishly) I found so many, many more verses about caring sharing, and loving others in the Bible. It was an amazing lesson for me to be even more charitable to others in many ways. My grandmother used to say that old saying, "Sharing Is Caring," how true it is! Won't you please consider giving to the He Cures All Foundation? Every single cent is so important and no amount is too small. Every donation given is so very, very dear to those who need help. Some give $5.00 or $10.00 dollars, whatever they can afford; others larger amounts and even others give every month, a monthly donation that gives life-saving medicine to those in need. That is a true blessing! And even if you can't afford to give, would you tell others about this foundation and it purpose and needs. That alone could generate donations that you would be responsible for. What a lovely way to give if you yourself cannot afford to donate. Thank you again to those who already donate; your love, care and compassion is so evident and so greatly appreciated by all recipients. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and ask God to bless you and yours everyday! Please consider donating if you never have and please tell others about the He Cures All Foundation. A Thankful And Blessed Member, Much Love, Rockin Robin | ||||||
