There is a lot of info given out about Soy. Even the experts are divided as to its merits or dangers.
It seems fermented soy is best.
Make sure you do not have GM soy. As much as 90% of soy in US is genetically modified.
If you have a thyroid problem then do not eat soy.
Try just a little to begin with .Tempeh or tofu or Miso and see how it goes.
Can you not eat seeds and nuts ,instead of tofu?
Soy is not recommended if the immune system is functioning below par and most morgellons folk have weakened immune systems.
I am assuming you are a vegetarian otherwise why would you need soy?
Is tofu gluten free?
A gluten free diet has been found helpful in morgellons/Lyme disease.
Weigh up the pros and cons and then decide.
God Bless.
