All the reasons have been well documented here....
However
What I can tell you is since joining this community and getting all the help I needed from Mel and the support from members, has helped put on the road to wellness.
Would I have got this far without this community ? No not at all, I would have been led down a path of see scary photos and reading even more scary things.
As most of you know subscribing to this web site saved me, saved me from harming myself, I was on a road where life in my mind wasn't worth living.
When you join this website and come to the conference calls, you will see and hear, there is light at the end of the dark tunnel that you find yourself in at the moment.
I was cautious joining, as I was so muddled, I struggle to find my voice, I had spent a long time avoiding speaking to people as my brain fog was so bad, either I couldn't find the words or the words just kept coming out all wrong and the more I stressed the worse it got but I was gently coaxed with lots of reassurance by members and told as I got better with the help of diet and supplements, it would all start coming back ...how right they were :)
One thing is for sure YOU ARE SAFE here.
