Dear Brian, Adam, and Newbies,
If you are not using Sulfur Soap, to shower or bathe with, you should!! It helps immensely with the crawlies!! I also buy a Tea Tree Oil and Mint Shampoo to use during showering. I soap my body down good with sulfur soap and leave it on. Then, I use the tea tree oil / mint shampoo, lather it up and massage head. leave it on 3 min. I have a shower chair and a hand held shower spray. I then rinse head only. then I lather head with sulfur soap, massage and leave on 3 min. Last, I rinse head and body. Afterwards, I sit in the shower on my chair and I spray my head and body down with Kleen Green, and air dry. During the shower, I start with warm water and gradually go to cold water throughout this process (the pathogens hate the cold !).
This works really great and you will feel wonderful afterwards!! This helped me tremendously with the crawlies!!
I find the shampoo at Walmart in a see through lime green liquid bottle - OGX brand. Sulfur soap can be bought thru Natural Ginesis along with your Kleen Green or they do sell it at Walmart about the same price.
