Hoping you saw the post that says " Reposted for Newbies - Food/Diet Info. " It is way down in the forum and will help with shopping for foods. It is what I buy at the grocery from time to time off this list. Not everything at once, of course! I also order from Amazon. Here are some of the things I buy from Amazon: Hemp Hearts ( I buy an organics Kirkland brand), a Chia and Flax seed mix ( brand name -Carrington), Cacao Chocolate powder ( brand name - Navitas Organics, Ghirardelli's Intense dark chocolate 92% - go to the Ghirardelli's website its economical and cheaper to buy in bulk. I bought 12 bars. However, if you can't afford it, the local grocery chains and drug stores sell it sometimes for $2.88 to $3.25 a bar. It helps with the stinging like the lemon cleanse!! Just a little bit goes a long way!! I order the whey powder with my monthly protocol now; Jill sends it automatically - one month vanilla - next month chocolate. She alternates this for many of us!! They are so... kind!! Unless the foundation is giving you the protocol, I realized I could save more money getting on the auto -shipments, I believe there is a little more of a discount! I use the 2.5 gallon zip-lock bags a lot! I put clean laundry in them and push air out and put in drawer. I have 2 sets of clothes I go out in and 2 huge T-shirts I sleep in. I rotate and they get washed frequently!! If you work, you may have to have more clothes. I have 2 towels and about 12 hand towels and 20 plain cheap washrags from Walmart. I keep them on a shelf high in the bathroom. I rotate them with clean on bottom always, so everything gets washed regularly in WPS and Kleen Green. I frequently wipe things down with Kleen Green or WPS. Vacuum carpet area 2 to 3 times a week. Clean floors with Kleen Green as needed, you'll know if they are bothering you. Tea mops her floors with Kleen Green or WPS everyday, but be careful with the WPS and never use it on carpets. It will take color out., its sorta like bleach! She says it doesn't bother her apartment hard floors though. I buy the 32 oz. Sovereign Silver and 2 to 4 silver gels at a time. I can tell u later how to maximize the S. gel and save $$$. I could not make it without the Kleen Green (a true blessing), the WPS, Sovereign Silver liquid and gel, Sulfer soap and now Essential Oils!! I know the cost is over-whelming, but you will add as you go along. I added as I got stimulus checks and tax money and when I had saved extra I would stock up. I always was afraid I wouldn't have enough money to buy what I needed, but you know God provided!!! And I asked Him to help me take care of it!! I eventually gave up my car. It sat here for a year, not being driven except when my son would drive it to keep the battery charged. The note and Insurance was a lot. I had trouble making ends meet. But, when I gave up car, I had money to get well on. And that was more important!! I was suffering so...!!! I could now afford the protocol and products. That was hard for me, because I had always had excellent credit, but God showed me, it was the right decision and I have never regretted it. My son assures me I will be able to get a car later if I need one. I have learned to trust God for EVERYTHING!!! And HE is Amazing!!! I cannot fathom doing this battle without Him!!! I am trying to send some info. to you guys as I go along, and hope it helps!! With time you will be an expert!! Not as good as Mel, but you in turn will help others and pay it forward!!
