Dear Brian,

It is very good that you have joined our community for help in getting your health back!

It makes a huge difference joining in doesn't it. Not being alone in this helps people's healing journey tremendously. And the prayer call is so nurturing in many ways connecting with God and each other!

Also, its really helpful you sharing your journey on here with fellow sufferers. Your path through this will help many more people.

Could you try and add some more vegetables to your diet to fill you up? I find the cauliflower rice is a tremendous substitute for rice and so filling. What about roasted vegetables like red onion, courgette, aubergine (egg plant), tomatoes, peppers and garlic. You could roast them in olive oil, add your favourite spices and herbs and have with cauliflower rice. Salad veg like spinach, watercress, fresh herbs like basil and coriander (cilantro) and cucumber anf tomato can be freely eaten. Drizzle salad in extra virgin olive oil or lemon juice. Or you can drizzle tahini on top, which is sesame seed butter. You can mix tahini with lemon juice for a dressing for anything!

For a snack, tahini or almond butter is nice, dip in a celery stick or some raw pepper. Slice an avocado in two, squeeze some lemon juice on the avocado and eat immediately, such a tasty snack and the lemon flavour really ramps it up a notch or two!!

Coconut cream unsweetened makes a delightful sauce when you add spices and a little yeast free, gluten free stock to it. You could have this sauce with your chicken breast and some vegetables. On top of your cauliflower rice.

Don't forget fresh lemons and limes make delicious drinks with pure plant stevia and fizzy or plain mineral water. You could add chopped ginger to the lemon drink, it is anti viral and anti fungal.

Nettle tea is a good tea to take for detox, if you don't like the taste mix it with your mint tea. Nettle is high in iron and will help detox the liver. Have it hot or cold.

Make chia tea by boiling up a few cloves, a cinnamon stick, fresh chopped ginger and adding pure plant stevia. This tastes delicious hot or cold and helps with immunity boosting properties too.

I concur with others here, re spray kleen green every time you have a crawling sensation it really helps.

Wash from head to toe with sulphur soap, I would not be without it.

Take good care and keep going!!

Best wishes,
Chrissie
