Thank you for once again sharing your journey. It is important for new comers but also past warriors to understand the benefits of healthy nutrition and this protocol.
As I read your post, I related to many of the set backs that happen when not getting enough rest or making poor food choices. The good news is, we do have this community to return to. We also have the knowledge of what it takes to get back on the "right" path to restore our health.
God led us here; but we must make the choice to continue. The word perseverance is one I referred to often during my weakest days of recovery. One must be determined and prepared to hit this thing from the inside out and the outside in. It can and has been done.
Again thank you for your post and I pray that you will continue to persevere through this. You have the knowledge and community on you side.
