Hi Mel,everyone,

Iodine should not be taken, even if it is thyroid nodules, benign thyroid nodules usually dont affect thyroid function at all. The hormones are normal in blood tests.

Iodine is only taken when there is a proven iodine deficiency regards thyroid.
