Welcome to the forum. You are right that there is a strong community here. Now, by posting, you have become a part of it. I'm glad to hear that you have already started the protocol. I believe you will get well, and look forward to following your journey. It's normal to be nervous about new things. That will pass as you begin to get more familiar with the protocol, and realize that you are beginning to feel better. Periods of feeling worse will come, but they are only part of a cycle. They will pass and become less frequent as you go along. Hold on to that determination you spoke about in your post. Read "Follow the Journeys" and "Testimonials" if you begin to feel discouraged. The links for those are at the top of the page, under the mountains. It would also be good for you to read "Tips for Beginners". That link is also located at the top of the page. There you can download and print out a booklet containing lots of helpful information. Click on "Guiding Principles" and "FAQ" at the top of the page and read both of those. Those pages contain a lot of information that will be helpful to you as you go forward. Attend the Saturday conference calls and Sunday prayer and fellowship calls whenever you can. Both calls are free. For more information on those, click on "More Communication" at the top of the page, or read the thread, "More Communication is Better". I hope to hear you on one of the calls soon. As you can see, there is a lot of information and help available to you on this website. I'm glad you found and decided to become a part of this community. John 14:27 (MEV) Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. Cheryl | |||
