Hi Tracy,
Thank you for sharing the devotional, No Well Too Deep.
My favorite sentence in the devotional is:
"Jesus not only met her longing, but He filled her parched soul by respecting her enough to trust her with the revelation that He was Israel's long-awaited Messiah."
That is because I am always touched with how respectfully Jesus treated this woman whose life was so messed up. He spoke truth to her but spoke in kindness and love. He was not harsh and condemning.
Jesus took the time to explain to her who He was. He did not tell her to go get a worthy member of the community for Him to speak to.
If Jesus would have spoken harshly or condemningly to her, she probably would have gone away with her head hanging, feeling ashamed. Instead she went away joyful and excited. She told others about Jesus and brought them to Him.
It is a wonderful story of how many lives were changed beginning with the encounter Jesus had with this one woman.

Or do you despise the riches of His goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?
