Dear Michelle,

I'm deeply sorry to hear about the sudden loss of your dear father. It is such a shock when it comes out the blue dear. I do understand as two weeks ago I found out my mum has terminal ovary cancer. Then last week found out it has traveled to her stomach. When, as it did for you and I, it comes out the blue, it just knocks us for six doesn't it:-(.

I'm glad that you are taking excellent care of yourself at this very difficult time! And continuing on your healing journey. May your health go from strength to strength!
