Thanks for your update and your kind and thoughtful response to everyone who posted to you.
I wish you a Healthy and Happy New Year! I know it isn't easy at all dear, with the loss of your dear father:-(. But I also know that you are fighting through this illness, on your way to renewed health bit by bit.
I am glad that the WPS is helping you a lot with symptoms and that you continue to improve with the protocol.
It's so good that you are incorporating various things into your regime that are helping your health, like a far infrared sauna blanket. Oh and those cold water rinses help so many with this disease:-). If I had a dollar for the amount of times I heard Mel say to someone, "stick your head under the cold tap!" ...I'd be a rich woman:-). This illness does NOT like the cold and it helps with the itching a lot!!
