Dear Ward,
First of all please be assured that the people in this community know and understand what you are going through. I want to encourage you to listen to last Saturday's conference call with wonderful advise from past Warriors. As Mel mentioned there is no quick fix to this disease. Think about how many years it has taken to get to this point.
Many times I described what was happening to me as a Science fiction movie and I had the lead role! It was at times completely unbelievable to say the least. I think of the detox part of this disease like cleaning out a large bucket that is full of sand, rocks, grass, and dirt. In the beginning as you spray clean water into the bucket, all the stuff in the bucket has to come out before the bucket is clean.
I believe this is what we must go through before restoring our bio-terrain. You must not give up! It does get worse before it gets better. Think about any time you first stated a new exercise program that was good for you. The next day after working out....every muscle in your body hurt although you were doing something positively wonderful for your muscles. Again, it got worse before it got better.
You need to have a willing spirit in order to overcome this. Remain strong and stay the course as Peter wrote about so often in his journey.
Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me. Psalm 51:12
