Dear Ward,
I just wanted to welcome you to this absolutely wonderful community of friends and warriors. You are in the right place, and you WILL get better. Stick to the protocol, and the diet, and listen to Mel. Do not be afraid or deterred if your symptoms seem to suddenly worsen..this is part of the process. It's actually a sign that the protocol is working.
Mel can best advise you on the correct dosage,to ease your body's adjustment. I think I speak for many in saying that we've all had very bad nights experiencing all of the frightening, painful symptoms you are having. Know that you will get through it--frightening, bewildering and painful though it is. I have a better understanding now of what Mel means when he says we have to be 'brave.' We have to overcome our natural, initial fear and anxiety about the safety and/or efficacy of the protocol by placing our trust in it, in Mel's advice, and remembering the success of the many who have been healed by Mel's protocol. I was terrified to take the wps...but I did, as I had no choice. Now, 18 months later, I look forward to taking it as I know it is getting me closer to the finish line !
Take the time to read the stories of our many predecessors whose health was completely restored, and listen to the previous conference calls. You will be comforted, and learn tons of useful information.
Slow and steady is the ticket with this crazy disease.
