Its a couple of months since my last update and as the months increase progress is slowing down and there is much less to report on symptoms. This is all good!

Its been a busy two months and I have felt very tired. There has been increased responsibility for mum, lots of form filling and taking to medical appointments and having things altered in her house so that she can stay where she wants to be for as long as possible. She has dementia and is ninety but loves her home and her independence. Also I have been joint leading a Freedom In Christ (Neil Anderson) course. The last two Saturdays were Steps Days at our home with catering for 16 people each time. The course finishes in three weeks time which will allow more down time for me. Also having a singing pupil taking a grade 8 exam next week with myself accompanying her on the piano has required many hours of piano practice on the pieces for me.

Because mum needs more of my time now I will be working on saying 'no' more often, in future, when possible!

Anyway this month I don't look young, I look tired!

I'm on my fourth bottle of Immune Pulse, after checking with John B that it was ok to keep going with it. Just finished the first month so on a week off now. No increase of symptoms on it, just the same amount on hands, maybe a bit less. If I rub WPS into hands, which I do twice daily when I'm drinking it I usually see one, maybe two specks on each hand. Over the weekend there was a tiny pink bit. Its always fascinating when there are different colours! Its all good though and means that something is working its way out of my body.

Two weeks ago I had a cluster of tiny cut marks on one hand. And occasionally I get itchy forearms which I spray with kleen green or wps but don't see anything there.

No changes on the diet, just keeping going with it all. Having more veg soup than salad when its chilly.

Had a cold recently and used eucalyptus oil in my diffuser. What a blessing to have it. I don't use it all the time but its great when I do. I am so grateful to Ms V. for her recommending it. I could get it from the UK easily. Look up Ms. V and essential oils on the search engine if you are interested

More about essential oils another time, I love them!
