One of the challenges of this disease is knowing where to start. Please keep in mind it is important to restore your bio-terrain which the protocol will provide for you. However, the protocol is only one of the parts. Diet changes and cleaning changes are also needed. Take it one day at a time to prevent becoming overwhelmed.
You already seem to have a good understanding about the importance of proper food choices. So the next step would be to start the protocol and making some adjustments to the laundry. Ask any questions concerning the laundry and you will get a variety of answers. You can also type laundry into the search engine and read about what works for each person. Then you can determine which method will work best for you.
I would definitely bag my dirty laundry in order to begin getting your environment under control. I spray Kleen Green on my clothes after turning them inside out and bag them for a few days before washing. I use the giant size bags as more clothes fit into them. However, as you begin reading, you will notice there are many wonderful ideas that have worked for other people.
I leave you with this quote from a very wise and loving man (my Daddy who is now with our Lord) "You can get in your car and start your engine all you want; but until you put it in gear, you will never go anywhere!" So I encourage you to put your car in gear and begin moving toward that finish line of being free from this disease.
