Hi Sandra

That's ok don't worry, I've only just had time to get on here myself since then. Hope you had a nice Thanksgiving, at first I wasn't sure if you meant you'd had loads of washing up left afterwards, hence constantly having rubber gloves on since! No I'd not come across any mention of gloves prior to that, I will have to find out more about it and anything you can tell me also much appreciated obviously. I hope it's not going to be necessary to wear gloves all the time on top of everything, as it would make it very difficult for me to do much and I also used to have allergic reactions to them while washing up and am a bit 'gloves-phobic', even in these Northern winters when my fingers are freezing, I suffer it over putting gloves on for as long as I can manage. What are you using paper towels for? Should I not be drying my hands with towels after washing them etc? If so then what about after showers/baths?

Yeah you're right, it's certainly creating revenue for others, as much as it's devouring our own.

Haha yeah, I realised that you meant you got the bins instead of having bags around everywhere. That is a helpful idea to me, as well as it seeming a bit depressing having bin bags everywhere, I also find with things that similar to pouring water, if I don't have something to contain it then it just spreads everywhere. Thanks for explaining the laundry stuff a bit for me, I read that they can survive on fabrics for months so from what I'm being told, I'm getting that the idea is to be airtight and isolate/suffocate any suckers? (Mel Blanc/Daffy Duck voice...).

Yes they really do suck the life out of you don't they, I wish they'd pick on someone, erm, their own size.

I'm not on the protocol yet, I've just been reading up as much as I've had time to, and trialing out putting a suitable diet into practice and working towards perfecting that, researching diet and recipes etc, as well as slowly working towards making my environment easier to clean and manage (and just trying to tread water in life and daily chores generally - have been very tired this week - struggling to keep my eyes open after 6-7pm).

I posted a bit about my progress below in my reply to Laura. I do now have a bottle of kleen green although it was ordered for me from amazon so I haven't spoken to the people from the company yet, which from what you have told me, would be a good idea to do in future. Still, at least for now I have some and can start using that and see what differences it can make.
Ordering the protocol is the next milestone, when I feel as if I can manage/maintain the dietary aspects, unless it's advisable to just get on the protocol and worry about that bit later. I'm conscious of finance and not knowing how long I will be able to afford to stay on the protocol and fund everything else, so I don't want to waste any of that time not following the dietary needs simultaneously.

Thanks for your reply and your help and advice. Your account of dealing with the kleen green people helped to push me to speed myself up in getting hold of some. At the time of writing, I am experiencing an increase in little electric-like shock/bites on my arms, I'm wondering if it's a dissenting reaction from them to the latest development.

Hope you are doing well as I send this, and all is well up in the hills.

God Bless
John
