Dear John,

Thank you for letting us know how things are going with you. I'm so sorry you had a rotten time at the dermatologist appointment. Its something so many of us have been through and I know how devastating it is to be told that its only in our minds. They just don't know how what morgellons is or how to treat it. It does feel very traumatic though to go through that experience and hard dealing with family when they are involved in the process as well.

You can never ask too many questions here! Keep asking what you need and keep reading as well.

I'm so pleased that you will be starting the protocol in January. Its great that Kleen Green is helping but you need all the supplements to be working from the inside out.

Yes I did a colon cleanse - picked one out that had good reviews and that I could get from the UK.

Well done for your diet changes. Its so difficult in the beginning, especially when we feel hungry. Almonds were a big help to me in the beginning and I would snack on them whenever I needed. Also Nairns gluten free oatcakes are just oats and salt and helped me in the beginning. I still love them and now have a little mature cheddar, at least one year matured, on them occasionally. I think eggs are great for breakfast. Frying is best in butter. I do scrambled eggs in butter and garlic. Raw garlic is great sprinkled over salads and then some squeezed fresh lime and olive oil and pink salt and black pepper. I find my salads taste great with this combination.

Have you thought about coconut oil for your skin after you've used the Kleen Green?

I can remember feeling very low for a while after the dermatology appointment but it reminded me to put my hope in God, not doctors.

Also remember that people are getting better on Mel's protocol and once we start climbing that mountain we're on our way.
