I think it varies regarding what comes first, skin issues or brain fog.
We are all unique individuals and for whatever reason, Morgellons has the ability to affect different people differently at the onset. (Come to think of it, a lot of diseases can affect people differently at the onset.)
Lesions and crawling sensations with tiny black fibers and dots were the first symptoms I had.
Most of the people here have probably been accused of just being depressed or even delusional.
The good news is that nobody here is going to accuse you of those things! Instead you will find understanding, encouragement and help.
You are smart to stay as relaxed as you can. I have heard Mel talk about the importance of having a hobby that you enjoy or some form of entertainment to take your mind off of toxic disease.
