Oh my goodness I am having butterflies at this very moment just thinking of speaking in front of everyone...
I did wonder if my tinnitus, which is so bad at the moment, is part cause of some of my what I call stuttering, sort of not being able to pronounce words correctly or get them in the right place, along with the brain fog, so it might just have to be hello again this week :)
