It's really OK if you just decide to listen on the calls. The important thing is that you are getting the support you need right now and are not facing this alone. In time I'm sure you'll become more comfortable as you get to know all of us. :) But no worries, we are just so glad that you're here now.
I'm sorry you are suffering so much with the brain fog. I also have a lot of issues with brain fog and short-term memory loss. I do forget things quite a bit. My dog however sometimes gets feed 2 times in a row because I can't remember if I fed him already. He however is good with getting fed twice! I hope these issues clear for you soon.
