IF THE AIRFORCE AND MARINES RESTORED THEIR HEALTH, SO CAN THE NAVY!!!

I want to add, that tonight has been the first night I've worn a short sleeved shirt in months. My left arm is still ace wrapped and what not. It's kind of a big deal for me.. granted; I won't go in public with a short sleeved shirt.. but just around the house is still a milestone.
