Thanks for the kind words everyone.

Chrissie,

I put epsom salt... a lot, alfalfa tablets, some baking soda, apple cider vinegar. The alfalfa helps quite a bit. Someone had mentioned sulfur soap in a response down below. So I got some, and used it in the bath and when I rinsed off in the water.... it had a crazy effect. I mean... freakin' wild. I won't go into details, but it's been really beneficial.

I noticed that olive oil are in a lot of recipes here. I love, and have loved olive oil for a long time. About 6 years ago, I spent 3 weeks in Sicily, and met a wonderful woman named Mariska. She owns a small time olive orchard. Small in comparison to other orchards I should say. It's still quite a bit of work. During my deployment in 2018, I spent 3 months in Sicily where I met up with Mariska again. To this day I order 5 liter cans of olive oil from her. It's absolutely, hands down the best olive oil you'll ever have. I wanted to share with all of you her contact info if you decide to get some. Believe me.. you won't regret it. Nothing on the store shelves is even remotely comparable. She will be harvesting in the next 2-3 weeks, so the really really good stuff will be available.

Not sure if Mariska, or her husband Emilio run that page.

Here is their website - The homepage picture is her front yard.. that bump to the right is Mt. Etna. She has a stunning view from her front yard.

She will usually include a gift with each order. Sometimes a jar of basil, sometimes an extra olive oil. Very sweet woman. She'll go out and grab the pistachio pesto from the market sometimes, because she knows I love it.

Anyways.. if any of you end up getting some. Let me know how you like it.
