Unfortunately, everything you memtioned is part of this Disease
Man... To say that MD is a roller coaster would be an understatement.

I have some questions that people that are further along in their recovery might be able to answer.

Did you have circulation issues? Not sure if I do or not.. but my freakin' hands/feet/lower legs seem to get cold very easily and take forever to warm back up. Visually, it's easy to tell that my hands are cold.

I've been reading something about oxygen deprivation from this. I can't remember what it's usually called. Does this happen to everyone? And would this tie in to the question above if so?

Did anyone have random muscle spasms during this?

How many times did you have a herx reaction?

Hot flashes or feeling ill? Happened to me the other day to the point I had to go lay down for a bit. Was definitely not normal for me. Could've been random, but thought I'd ask.

I've made a lot of discoveries during this roller coaster ride. This disease can definitely go eff itself.. but I'm going to come out of this better educated, and just generally better off. I've made some hard habit breaking decisions.. for the better. Stuff I should have done a long time ago. I've also learned a lot from this. Not just about MD, but our bodies in general. Every day I learn something different it seems like. I'll get through this.. just like some of you have, and will be healthier than ever on the other side.

Thank you to everyone. I truly mean that. I was in a bad state when I found this site, and wasn't trusting of anyone/anything. You all convinced me to stick around, try this thing out, and push through. Mel... not sure what to say man.. The things you do for people you've never met is admirable at the least. I owe you all a debt of gratitude, and plan to contribute to this community and Mels foundation as much as I can.

Thanks again.
