Yes, almost all of us have experienced the expelling of the black, grey, white, tan, sometimes florescent blue and red flecks, dots, sandy grains etc,,,
When you start the diet and the protocol, you will see more of this. It means they don't like what's happening in your body and will gradually leave with time and faithfulness!!
As you get better, your body will become inhospitalable to the pathogens and they will die off and leave or expel from your body. Don't be alarmed!! Better out than in!!!
