Dear Miles,
I read in your post that you have changed your diet which is a great start. Have you considered starting the protocol outlined on this website?
Before I started taking this protocol years ago, I researched each one of the supplements and understood how each one would help me. Early in my recovery, I also battled issues with Lyme and started taking the extension protocol. Although I have restored my health and ultimately my life, I continue to take the basic protocol as a way to maintain my health.
I encourage you to take some time to understand how this protocol will benefit you, especially now as you begin your journey back to health. There is no quick fix with this disease. But the people in this community are a great support system as we can all relate to your challenges.
Again, please spend time researching and understanding the benefits of the protocol. In my humble opinion, the sooner you begin taking it; the sooner your begin to restore your health.
