Hello Everyone,

The following is the recipe I use for a natural deodorant. This will out-perform any over the counter deodorant - regular or antiperspirant! Just a small amount on the finger tips to apply and you will be good all day! I've had many regular deodorants fail, but never this wonderful homemade one.

NATURAL HOMEMADE DEODORANT

INGREDIENTS
  • 3/4 cup arrowroot powder (non-GMO cornstarch)
  • 1/4 cup baking soda
  • 4-5 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 4-6 drops (or more) of any essential oil (I prefer lavender)
Scent Recommendations:
  • Female Oils Scents (lavender, lemon and sage)
  • Male Oils Scents (cypress, rosemary and bergamot)
DIRECTIONS
  • Combine baking soda and arrowroot powder/cornstarch.
  • Add 4 tablespoons melted coconut oil and mix with a fork.
  • Continue adding coconut oil until the deodorant reaches your preferred consistency.
  • Transfer mixture to a jar with a tight fitting lid.
