There is such a great amount of interesting information in this show on Mel's background and life, and the physical struggles he has had to overcome.
Mel, the way you envision yourself during tough times is truly inspiring. I could put what you said here, but I really want everyone to listen to you on the podcast relating that in your own words.
It is also great to hear Mel talk about how his friendship with John B. began, how the protocol started, and how it has evolved over time.
John B., who is a cohost, said no one can question Mel's motives, as he has spent 12 years helping others, and those journeys are posted right here on this website.
Mel also talks about the He Cures All Foundation, Coaching, the 5 dollar fee for complete access to the website, and the importance of allowing your body the time it needs to heal.
Jacob, who is also a co-host said his mom got on the protocol a few months ago. Already her cholesterol and blood sugar are down, and her metabolism is up. It's great that his mom is doing so well.
