The roses have done exceptionally well this year, last weeks rain has ruined some but it has become really hot this last week so maybe we will have more blooms.
That is so kind that the plan for the skunk is to being caught in a friendly trap and relocated, so now that the skunk knows there is food to be found in there, maybe get the food right at the back of the plate right on the back edge, so he cannot reach it unless he steps on it to trigger the flap, I have trapped feral cats and I have never got the plate balanced right first time...good luck hope you manage to get him soon.
Here is of our resident squirrels, that only noticed me once he was half way down the tree, he stayed like this for nearly 5 minutes, staring at me and thinking "friend or foe" ? I made the first move and he was gone like a shot.
