6:44:58 PM | Thanks for the wonderful suggestions! I like to also add peppermint essential oil to my washes. I also dry my blanket every morning in the dryer,adding some drops of peppermint oil too.
I use Benedict con 50 disinfectant from Amazon (1 gallon for $35) in an electrostatic sprayer (garden sprayer $95 Amazon) or Atomizer battery sprayer ($40 Amazon) every 1 - 3 days around the house. I sleep in the bathroom on a cot, is easier to clean, but the past 2 - 3 weeks I am able to watch tv and prepare meals in the kitchen/living room for hours. i also sit outside or go the pool area in the sun on a lounge or the clubhouse room in cold weather, just to get out of the house, and walk around outside to get exercise.
