I'm sorry to say that I tried that re putting infected items in the freezer and it made no difference whatsoever. I have heard others say it did not help them either.
Very cold water is great to use however, if you have crawling or biting symptoms on your skin and scalp . So the cold definitely comes in handy then.
If you want, wash items with Kleen Green added or Baking Soda or any disinfectant with benzalchonium chloride like Lysol (it is anti microbial). Others have found Borax effective in the wash.
Another problem is at early stages with this disease or at other times when your immunity is not strong, you may find that the pathogens inside your body can react to the pathogens in the environment. Rest assured that as your immune system from the inside out gains strength, this will happen less and less. And the wonderful Protocol and the, 'sum of the parts,' will also help your immunity and defend it against any pathogens that you come across.
Take care, Chrissie |
