Hello Everyone and Welcome,

Last Saturday's Coffee, Tea with Me was one of great emotion and sentiment as Mel “and Company” celebrated 12 years of serving...Click Here to continue reading two great critiques from our very own Freddie Bean and Joe.

I am happy to announce this Saturday's Coffee, Tea with Me will be our sixth conference call in twelve years on diet. If you get a chance, go back in conference call Archives our first call ever on diet, next look for two more in more communication archives, last two can be found in more communication. You'll be able to see the evolution of the diet. Try to catch up as best you can, if not by Saturday, at some point in the future because as we all know Knowledge is Power.

Remember, if you're new, get right on that email list, check out New User registration, come to the Free Calls and become a community member wherein ninety percent get well. Be sure to join us this week for the calls and get as much information as possible and look, again, if you're new, the best way to get going is start watching those YouTube Videos. YouTube Videos
