This week's Coffee, Tea with Me is excited to announce the return of our very own Tea and this time she will be discussing Vita Flex Points and how to utilize essential oils in connection with these Vita Flex Points. "Vita Flex" essentially stands for “vitality through the reflexes” and offers an easy to follow method for applying essential oils topically in the most effective way possible.
