No you can not use my pony tail as a stirrer
Hey Donald,

So sorry to hear that you went through the pain and suffering of dealing with a kidney stone. My husband has had them in the past so I know that they are awful.

I remember that his doctor once told him that lemon was very good to help prevent kidney stones. That makes me wonder if you have tried Mel's Lemonade Cleanse.

You might have heard that drinking Mel's Lemonade Cleanse once a day helps to stop the crawlies, so maybe it would be beneficial to you in 2 ways.

The recipe for the Lemonade Cleanse can be found in the threads, "Lemon Elixir/ AKA /Lemonade Cleanse" and "Something to help with the crawlies".

On 1/21/18, Aunt Laura posted the following recipe in both of those threads. There are so many new people reading that I thought it might be good to just copy her post and paste it here.

-------
The following lemonade cleanse is something Mel personally used with great success for the crawly feeling. You will need:

1 large lemon
½ capsule of cayenne pepper
Water
2 Tbsp. organic grade B maple syrup
32 ounce water bottle
measuring cup or funnel

Squeeze the fresh lemon into the 32 ounce water bottle. Add the cayenne pepper, maple syrup and 32 ounces of water. Shake it up and place in the freezer until mixture has a slushy appearance. After it is slushy place in the refrigerator. This is best when consumed at a cold temperature.
-------

I use stevia instead of grade B maple syrup, but if I remember right the maple syrup helps the cayenne pepper stay more evenly distributed.

Thank you for the kind, encouraging words.

Thank you also for the great information on the importance of drinking plenty of water and staying hydrated.

It is great to see your determination and strong hope. I believe it is only a matter of time until you regain your health just like those people that you spoke with have.

Psalm 62:5-6 (NIV)

5 Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from Him.

6 Truly He is my rock and my salvation; He is my fortress, I will not be shaken.
