| Susanne,
Separating your consumption of Vitamin C will eliminate any problem. Two hours either side would be best but some claim 30 minutes to 1 hour is sufficient. Just as a point of interest, boiling the lemons may destroy most of their Vitamin C.
If you take your MMS at night like Mel it shouldn't be a concern.

| hi, Another question for the MMS protocol. An acqauintance has encouraged me to boil lemons and add them to purified water and drink this throughout the day because it is a good cleanser and also an inexpensive drink for me to enjoy
Now, since we are allowed to use lemon juice as a mixer-activator for mms. . .would it be safe to say that lemon juice does NOT de-activate the mms or the vitamin c it contains? does anyone know?
Simply confused about this, whether I should avoid the fresh squeezed lemonade all day or not |

| Susanne,
Vitamin c of coconut milk: 6.72 mg (11.2% DV) in 1 cup - USDA National Agricultural Library. I don't know if the Coconut Milk you are using has any added vitamin C in it. It should be fine in the amount your using, but you should check the package it comes in to find out for sure.
I did try the apple juice and it did kill the taste, but I think it reduced the effectiveness of the MMS by about a third.
I use Gatorade in my MMS to kill the taste. It works well, has no vit C, and doesn't inhibit the effectiveness. It does have sugar in it and that may be an issue for some with diabetes.
Take vit C as far away from MMS as possible. Two hours or longer either side is recommended, longer is better.
Hope this helps.

| Susanne The brand of coconut Milk that I take "Golden Start" only 98 cents for 13.5 oz has no C, no sugar. no cholestrol, or trans fat. Has 10 g saturated fat and 35 mg of sodium. It's ingredients are just coconut milk and water. Others have some sugar
I've tried other brands (Trader Joe's etc, but I like this the best and it is so thick that I can devide it in 3 servings and I dilute it with purfied water, mix in 1 Tablespoon of Diatomaceous Earth and if I want it sweeter, I add the stevia. |

| Hiya Susanne,
Welcome as always.
Just in case you did not realize this important part of the structure of the protocol, MMS is always taken at night!
There are two reasons for this:
First, to keep MMS away from all other parts of the protocol. This allows each different part of the protocol to maximize its potential!
Second, to help you sleep at night!
When you take MMS at night you do not worry about vitamin C or any other part of the protocol being affected.
God bless you, Never give up Hope!
Mel
PS checking to see if coconut milk has Vitamin C, Did you read the label on the coconut Milk? |

7/19/2010 1:20:47 PM | This is a question for A-Z, or whoever is knowledgeable enought to answer it. ..
Does anyone know if taking a tablespoon or 2 of coconut milk after MMS dose will de-activate MMS?
I've been using coconut milk as a chaser, and just want to know because I go through alot of trouble swallowing that awful tasting MMS and after all that would not want to de-activate it for anything !! I know Vitamin C de-activates it and i seriously need to know what other food products may. .. as well as how close can we take vitamin C to the orig MMS dosage
thanks a mil hope everyone's feeling better susanne |
