I am sorry I haven't been blogging much. We are still waiting on Dragonflys final paper work and things are not moving quickly enough lately. It is is Gods time and I am realizing this more every day.
Google the Lawfirm Crowe and Parodis in MASS. When you call have all your information in front of you anything, photos, records ect. Ask for Yelinda in the Mass office.
Keep it simple and let her ask the questions, she can tell you what they will need from you.
I think they have been slammed and I am still awaiting a conference call from our Attorneys, but I know they are very concerned about this, it is SSDI that is slowing us up with the final paper work.
I just recommend getting in the system as soon as you can.

I agree with you, vinegar, alcohol, babyoil...amongst many other things do seem to cause them to come out. I like alot of other sufferers have tried so many different things. I no longer get crazy with the chemicals and stuff because now that i have learned to control my enviroment as much as possible the morgellons is tolerable. I have looked up the volaten gel and read all about it, and yes it is a dangerous drug to use without a DR overseeing and prescribing...so Thankyou for putting that out there, some people may not know how it can cause serious health problems..One thing I want to add though is the massive amounts of stuff that came out when i used it, it was at least 500 times more effective than any of the other usuals we all have tried...was kind of hoping somebody else who knows more about things than i do might have some ideas as to why it worked so well....I really do appreciate your post PS, I thought about my post after i wrote it and felt that maybe i should not have said anything because someone reading might try it and do so in an unsafe manner. Really what has helped the most with the symptoms was when i started vac sealing my dirty laundry and sealing my clean laundry...got rid of my carpet, and try to be as clean as possible...which is not easy because i am quite the slob...lol =-) anyways wish you all Luck .

I'm glad you stumbled onto this site also. I found it interesting what you said about Voltaten Gel and its effect on Morgellons on your face.
In keeping with the 'FIRST DO NO HARM' theme of this website.
I noticed is that Voltaten Gel is a topical use only Perscription Drug that contains Diclofenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It carries the same warnings as the oral version which is more sever than most NSAIDs. Please see this in the websites linked.
Most Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or NSAIDs act as nonselective inhibitors of the enzyme that catalyzes the formation of Prostaglandins and other supstances in the body. Prostaglandins are hormone-like substances that participate in a wide range of body functions including inflammation and pain. You can read more about Prostaglandins in Wikipedia here.
I have taken several perscriptiion NSAIDs including oral Diclofenac for Pain and Inflammation control. It was done under my Physicians care. He monitered me carefully with blood test etc. to prevent serious complications from their use. I am no longer able to take NSAIDs for long term mangement of Inflammation and Pain due to adverse effects with long term use.
Lady Dee wrote 'I find that hand sanitizer does the same thing in opening the pores so the morgies can come out!'. Since I have taken several NSAIDs at high doses for long periods of time and never had anything crawl out I doubt it is the Diclofenac in the Voltaten Gel that is causing the effect. I have read of other people having similar experences with lemon juice, oil, or vingar.

Thanks for the suggestion about the gel. It is interesting that you mentioned that. I find that hand sanitizer does the same thing in opening the pores so the morgies can come out! Just wish it would last longer to keep them out, though! :)

| WOW that is incredible news, im glad I just stumbled onto this site. I hope that it is not inapropriat(I cant spell anymore...errr) for me to post this, but I have to. I used a prescription gel yesterday (its supposed to be for pain) just to try it and well it did nothing for my pain, but holy cow did my face start to melt off..(ok melt off sounds really wrong). Bur really all sorts of little fibers and snotty looking things came out by the thousands, spots that i thought were sunspots or aging spots that ive had for over a year now came off, i gave som to 2 of my friends with morgellons and they also had results similar to mine..I am Not saying that it is a cure, but i do think they dont like it at all...ive kept my morgellons tolerable by being a clean freak/vacuum sealing clothes....so maybe this will help make it even better? the gel is called voltarin gel...it does something with hormones to relieve pain? not sure why the morgellons reacted so much to it, but they did...if you can get some to try its worth it, ask doc for sample or something...hope someone gets some relief from this...

9:18:09 AM | We won a Landmark Case yesterday in Court, in the 5th Judicial Circuit Court, of the State of Florida. Dragonfly got her Social Security Benefits retroactive up to 6 months after her initial diagnosis in 2006 and MEDICARE retroactive 6 months from the loss of her insurance.
I submitted a Letter from Ginny Waite Brown to the CDC, all Documentation, Deborah Auschullers Collembola study and even Joes research. THANK YOU JOE, BECAUSE JOE DOESN'T WRITE SLOW, HE MAKES SENSE.
It took 4 years of work and the judge rendered the verdict in 8 minutes and 50 seconds. He said Morgellons three times. People have got to save every medical record and any information calling them delusional, take photographs and save them. The Judge just happened to be here on assignment from Tulsa and her file was 5 inches thick.
WE WON..WE WON.
Our Attorney knew more about this disease than any attorney and his brief was impeccable, sensible, no conspiracy theories. HE WAS A SAINT sent from God. After our win I stood in the parking lot and cried for a half an hour and just hugged the Attorney. It appears he asked to take the case because Dragonfly was a local personality and he had seen her during her well years on TV. His comment, when I asked him what he thought was, 'The way these people have been treated is horrific and it is appalling.'
We have a conference with a nationwide law firm next Tuesday and I will be able to ascertain how many other cases they can take on. Now that we have set a Florida precedence on a non existent (according to many Doctors) disease, we just trumped the CDC. We had photos, Raman graphs, disks documenting her progressive deterioration, the Body Bugs Films (thank you Patrick Fraser) and every lab and also doctors notes where she was called DOP. Dragonfly was exceptional, honest, and exhausted, a win for one, we hope will be a win for all.
