Regarding MMS and what Dennis from A2Z has to say about what is the most effective. It was also on the teleconference that Jim Humble recommends his cancer protocol for Morgellons. I WON'T DO THAT!
Please read the the first part of the forum page. It clearly states:

Mel's rules are there to protect us all.
If I had been foolish enough to use the Dennis A2Z recommended protocol I doubt I would have continued to use MMS and I would not be getting better.

| betty you are very lucky to know what this is in the first month. It personally took me over two months to find out what it was. You gotta focus on cleaning your environment (get rid of bed and couch + anything cotton) and getting this shit outta your body. If you starte early and do it right you will find great results like i did. | Betty R

Welcome.
I want to thank LD and Pamela for responding to you in such a timely fashion. I think that you are going to find Pamela to be a wealth of information and a valuable asset in reclaiming your health.
As I often tell newcomers, it is important to first stay calm and start to read as much as you can from our forum. As in all things, knowledge is power.
We have a search engine feature which allows you to enter subject topics according to your needs or interests. We also have teleconference call archives that you can listen to at your convenience that are filled with information to help you stabilize and improve your health.
I would also recommend that you go to the protocol page and familiarize yourself with the products that I have used and how I used them to restore my health and cure myself of Morgellons.
As I have often said, it is not some of the parts, it is the SUM (all) of the parts of the protocol that are necessary to restore your total health.
There is one thing that I would like to make perfectly clear. The way I utilized MMS was designed to aid in sleeping at night and minimize any interference with other parts of the protocol.
I am aware of Jim Humble's most recent recommendations about using MMS in smaller, more frequent doses, but as has been discussed here before,that method is not consistent with the successful implementation of our protocol.
Once again, welcome to the family. We are glad that you have been led here, and look forward to your victory over Morgellons.

| thank you so much for responding ld,this is still so confusing for me,I don't know about mms,msm cream,or any of these things,so if I bathe in epson salt,vinegar,.borax?is that right borax, will that help,Mel's protocol this seems like an awful lot,I understand about sugars,I don't know about what turns to sugar, oh I am getting more confused, how do I do this in a more simple way? ld please help,all this is too much and I don't understand it all,can I see a Doctor that will help me with all this,the Doctor's I see look at me funny,and I'm not getting any where so far. I is best to get on Mel's protocol. If you cannot afford the whole protocol, I suggest you order the MMS (miracle mineral supplement) and the Molecular silver from A2Z (They may have a special on the products but if not go through the posts on Mel's site (8/12/09 till you see where they advertise a special and you will get a discount from having the Morgellons)
Read the posts, especially about diet and watch what you eat, no sugars, starches or anything that turns to sugar, go organic and no GMO's etc.
Until you get the MMS, bathe with epson salt, vinegar and borax. Once you get the MMS you can bathe in it, soak your head in it and flush your eyes with it for it will not hurt your eyes except maybe be uncomfortable because they are in your eyes. Of course you will be taking MMS internally too. Oh, try to find some sulfur soap (Mexican stores usually have it) Sulfur is one of the key things to fight this, go to the vitamin store and get some MSM (methysulfonylmethane) pills 1,000 mg, MSM cream (if you can't find the MSM cream call chrioprators office to see if they have it, that is where I found mine cost me $15.00 for 4 oz. but I like it. I also found at the Mexican store a 2oz. jar of sulphur 10% for under $4.00 which I use but it drys your skin out so I put the MSM cream on top of it. Also in Mel's protocol he is taking Bactrim which is sulphur and if you can't get a Dr. to give you a perscription for it put a post in and I will tell you a site I just came across that you can order the bactrim. So far I have been able to get it through my Dr. but there was a point she would not give it to me so I had to resort to other means.
I even use the mms for washing clothes but you have to be careful for the mms will bleach out coloreds. I never worried about that because I just have been using old clothes that I do not care about. My good clothes I set aside in a bag and wash them in borax and vinegar because I usually have not worn those very long compared to my every day clothes.
When you order the MMS there will be insturctions with it for the various uses. I just heard on the A2Z teleconference that they recommend you taking the mms in small doses every hour or two during the day. Most of us find it very hard to do it that way because you have to be careful to work around Vitamin C because it cancels it out. BUT ACCORDING to Dennis that is the most effective way.
In your case since you have only had this 3 weeks it is imperative that you start on the MMS and molecular silver right away because when you catch it early it is earier to get a handle on it. But there is no one magic bullet but a combination of things that you need to do. Testing if you can will cut down on the guessing and head you in the right direction.
