| That is how I have always taken it. Don't breathe in or out - just swallow and then rinse & gargle with mouthwash right after. Then breathe.  |

Do NOT breathe through your nose. Breathe through your mouth from start to finish. If you can't smell it, you don't taste it.
No more chaser needed... plain water works fine! |
